Supervision, Kontrolle und Überwachung durch noon.ch
Amba Foundation sendet zweimal jährlich einen detaillierten Zwischenbericht (*) an noon.ch. Der Bericht beinhaltet mindestens:
- Summary of all realized activities related to the noon.ch donation
- Prove of realization on the agreed activities (photos if possible)
- Details of expenses from the noon.ch donation (budget table)
- Deviations from the appendix table (planned use of the donation from Noon.ch)
- Patient- and children statistics for the last three month period
- Comments on general situation of AMBA (finance, staff, interaction with NPO’s and government, etc.)
- Outlook for activities and plans for the coming three month period
Dieser Bericht wird von noon.ch geprüft und an einer Vereinssitzung offiziell genehmigt. Unsere finanzielle Unterstützung wird in zwei Raten pro Jahr, jeweils nach der Gutheissung eines Zwischenberichts von Amba ausbezahlt.
Wir besuchen Amba Foundation selber regelmässig in Delhi. Diese Besuche sind meist angekündigt, wir erlauben uns aber auch unangekündigte Visiten. Folgende Besuche haben stattgefunden:
2007:
- Januar: Besuch durch unsere Ambassadoren Sabine Ackermann und Dominic Rau
2006:
- Juli: Besuch und Finanzielle Prüfung vor Ort in Delhi durch Pascal und Andi Fischer
2005:
Folgende Initiale Vorbereitungen zur Unterstützungsvereinbarung mit Amba Foundation wurden vor durch Andi Fischer realisiert:
- 14 Tage Zusammenarbeit und Gespräche mit verschiedenen Leitenden von Amba Foundation. - Kontakte mit Ashanet.org, einer weltweiten Koordinationsstelle für indische Hilfswerke - Besichtigungen und Ueberraschungsbesuche der Lokalitäten und Aktivitäten von Amba - Einholung einer Second Opinion eines unabhängigen Arztes - Besichtigung und Second Opinion durch Pastor Milan - Ausarbeitung eines Agreements mit Bedingungen und Einschränkungen(*)

Andreas Fischer hereby commits in the name of the organization noon.ch the following donation to Amba Foundation:
Noon.ch will donate the amount of
CHF 5040/- (Swiss Francs five thousand and forty only)
The donations will be realized in the following three tranches:
· Tranche 1: 1st July 2005, CHF 1670/-
· Tranche 2: 1st October 2005, CHF 1670/-
· Tranche 3: 1st January 2006, CHF 1700/-
to Amba Foundation under the following conditions and restrictions:
Conditions and Restrictions:
- The donated money must be used to provide basic education to hundred (100) children in the age group 8-14 years. To do this, 2 teachers from the community, rental of premises, notebooks , books & stationery and a picnic/educational day for 150 children must be paid with this donation.
The donation must further be used to provide basic Healthcare to the children and the community. For this, hiring of a qualified Doctor, providing medicines and such related expenses are being covered by this donation. (For details see the chart in the appendix!)
- Amba Foundation informs organization Noon.ch that the donation will be utilized only after necessary FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976) clearance is obtained.
- Noon.ch is allowed to send its own observer to Amba Foundation. Amba Foundation must provide this observer with all information concerning the activities related to the noon.ch donation. In case of unsatisfying reports from this observer, any further donating may be shortened, stopped or blocked until the situation has improved accordingly.
- The donation will be realised in three tranches. Amba Foundation must deliver a status report of its activities and successes every three months. This report authorizes Amba Foundtation to receive the next tranche of the donation.
