Andreas Fischer hereby commits in the name of the organization Noon.ch the following donation to SUPPORT:

The donations will be realized in the following two
tranches:

Tranche 2: 1st December 2005 CHF 2’500/- (banc transaction from Switzerland)

to SUPPORT under the
following conditions and restrictions:
Conditions and Restrictions:
- The donated money must be used to finance parts of the Residential Rehabilitation Program for 50 children. For details of the use of the donation see the chart in the appendix!
- SUPPORT informs Noon.ch that the donation will be utilized only after necessary FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976) clearance is obtained.
- Noon.ch is allowed to send its own observer to SUPPORT. SUPPORT must provide this observer with all information concerning the activities related to the Noon.ch donation. In case of unsatisfying reports from this observer, any further donating may be shortened, stopped or blocked until the situation has improved accordingly.
- As stated earlier, the donation will be realized in two trenches. SUPPORT must deliver a status report of its activities and successes related to the Noon.ch donation every 6 months. This report authorizes SUPPORT to receive the next tranche of the donation.
The status rapport must contain:
- Summary of all realized activities related to the Noon.ch donation
- Prove of realization on the agreed activities
- Details of expenses from the Noon.ch donation (budget table)
- Deviations from the appendix table: “planned use of the donation from Noon.ch”
- Children statistics for the last six-month period for the Rehabilitation Program
- Comments on the general situation of SUPPORT (major changes etc.)
